Acceptance of Terms

Yehelo LLC extends its website and services ("Services") to you, contingent upon your acceptance of these terms, conditions, and notices without modification (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions"). Utilizing this Website or submitting service requests signifies your binding acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as applicable at the time of use. These Terms govern your use of any services or properties such as websites or apps operated by Yehelo LLC, including but not limited to Makeiteaze.com and the Make It Eaze app, collectively referred to hereafter as "Make It Eaze." Amendments to these Terms & Conditions may be made at any time and will be effective upon posting the revised version.

Modification of Terms

Yehelo LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on our platforms. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

Introduction to Make It Eaze

Registration provides you with access to the Services via a password of your choosing, either through the Make It Eaze website or applications. Upon registration, you will select a password to access our services. Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred or used by anyone else.

The Standard Services

Make It Eaze aims to enhance your experience by enabling you to identify and book services and appointments from professionals listed in our online directory. We endeavor to match your service requests with available Service Professionals in your area, though we cannot guarantee availability or suitability of professionals. The directory may not consistently provide ratings and reviews of Service Professionals listed on the platform.

Booking and Service Commitments

You may schedule services through our platform, understanding that Make It Eaze does not assure the timeliness or presence of Service Professionals for scheduled appointments, as they are not the employees, contractors or agents of Make It Eaze, they are independent of Make It Eaze. While steps are taken to verify the credentials of Service Professionals, Make It Eaze makes no guarantees regarding their skills or the quality of their work, knowledge, legal status or undertakings of such Service Professional or the quality of the job that he or she may perform for you if you elect to retain their services, nor do we endorse any Service Professional. You bear the responsibility for selecting a Service Professional and assessing their qualifications.

Offers and Discounts 

We may post offers or discounts from Service Professionals for marketing purposes. These offers do not create a service contract with Make It Eaze. The Service Professional alone provides these offers and discounts, and we do not guarantee their pricing, discounts, or the final invoice outcome. Any quotes you find from Service Professionals on our website or apps are for informational purposes only. They are not binding offers, nor will they create a contract through our platform. If you wish to make an appointment or hire a Service Professional, you must arrange that directly with them. 

Make It Eaze is not responsible for any services requested by you or involved in your contracts with Service Professionals. Your agreements with Service Professionals are governed by those contracts and local laws. Make It Eaze is not a party to those agreements. All payments, including applicable taxes, must be made directly to the Service Professional as agreed.

Content Ownership and Use 

All content you provide on the Make It Eaze platform becomes the property of Yehelo LLC. You grant Yehelo LLC a perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content. You agree to indemnify Yehelo LLC and its affiliates, contractors and third-party agents against any claims, costs, damages, and liabilities arising from all copyright claims of use of images, logos, media or content of any form that you provide on Make It Eaze.

Financial Transactions

Payments for services completed can be facilitated directly to the Service Professional via the Make It Eaze platform depending on your area. The terms include authorization for Make It Eaze to process payments and for the payment processor, Stripe, Paypal and other payment processors to store your payment details. All transactions are considered final between you and the Service Professional, except as allowed under your payment issuer's terms or applicable law.

You cannot use Make It Eaze to send money to a Service Professional unless it's for services you are purchasing from them. You are also not allowed to use Make It Eaze to buy illegal goods or services, or for any transactions that are illegal. Do not use Make It Eaze to buy anything that goes against our terms, policies, or the law. If you don't follow these rules, we may suspend or close your Make It Eaze account.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes regarding the services provided or fees charged by a Service Professional, you need to resolve these directly with the Service Professional. You may inform Make It Eaze about fee disputes. By using our services, you agree to release Yehelo LLC (including our officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, employees, and agents) from all claims and damages of any kind related to such disputes and your interactions with Service Professionals.

Content and Communications By using Make It Eaze, you consent to receive communications from us and our partners through various means, including automated technology. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during service requests and communications.

Use Restrictions

Your use of Make It Eaze is strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes. You are prohibited from unauthorized collection or use of content from Make It Eaze, including use of automated or manual processes to copy or access the information.

You agree to use the Make It Eaze platform only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair any of our services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Make It Eaze service.

Intellectual Property

All content on Make It Eaze’s platforms, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Yehelo LLC or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

Indemnification and Liability

You agree to indemnify Yehelo LLC against any claims, costs, damages, and liabilities arising from your use of Make It Eaze, including any disputes with Service Professionals or violations of these Terms.

Arbitration Agreement

All disputes related to these Terms or your use of the Make It Eaze services will be resolved by binding arbitration, except as provided by applicable law. This arbitration replaces the right to go to court and includes a waiver of any right to a class-action lawsuit.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turks and Caicos Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the magistrate courts located in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yehelo LLC regarding its subject matter and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. Should any part of these Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
